In short: If you are looking for a Wyzed alternative, the honest answer is that it depends on what is actually broken. Most alternatives in this market are module libraries, and a module library is only half the job. You still need a person to assign the training, chase it, renew it and turn it into audit evidence. Judged on staff completion, admin workload, NDIS content, audit evidence, integrations and total cost:
Best overall for NDIS providers: Wyzed. Of the platforms reviewed here, it is the only one that runs the whole chain, from onboarding through to audit-ready records, triggered from your existing systems, without you touching it.
Best for observed, practical competence: Cloud Assess. If you need somebody signed off doing a task, this is genuinely the better tool.
Best for a long-established sector library: eTrainu. In the market since 2005, with its own platform and a native assessment app.
Best for a tight budget: NGO Training Centre. Published entry pricing and a deep complex care catalogue.
Best if you also employ nurses or allied health: Ausmed. Real clinical and CPD depth that no NDIS-only platform covers.
Newest entrant: Cora Workforce. Scenario-based NDIS courses and a capability report, with published pricing. By its own FAQ it is yet to name a customer.
Stay with Wyzed if what you wanted was for training to run itself. That is the thing it was built to do.

Quick comparison
Comparison of leading NDIS staff training and workforce compliance platforms for Australian providers, reviewed September 2026.
Platform | Best for | Customisation | Main strength | Main watch-out | Pricing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Wyzed | Providers who want training and compliance to run itself | Edit any module, build your own | Zero-touch automation and one-tap SMS access | Higher headline per-seat rate than budget libraries | Free full-team access, then per user |
Cora Workforce | Providers wanting capability scoring alongside completion | Own content on the upper tier only | Scenario-based NDIS courses and a workforce capability report | New to market, with no named customers yet by its own FAQ | Published per-seat bands |
eTrainu | Established providers wanting a long-standing sector library | Vendor-handled, confirm scope | In market since 2005, own platform, native assessment app | Providers tell us the learner interface feels dated | Package-based, quote required |
Cloud Assess | Evidencing observed, practical competence | Build your own assessments | Digital checklists, video evidence, GPS-stamped sign-off | Not NDIS-native, so mapping and setup is on you | Subscription, quote required |
iinduct | Induction and compliance document tracking | Confirm in demo | Strong document tracking and reminders | Induction-first scope, lighter ongoing NDIS library | Quote-based |
NGO Training Centre | Budget-conscious providers wanting broad coverage | Confirm in demo | Deep complex care catalogue, published entry pricing | Runs on a shared third-party platform, not its own | From about $104 per user per year |
Ausmed | Providers also employing nurses or allied health | Confirm in demo | Clinical depth and CPD hour tracking | Aged care and nursing first, narrower NDIS fit | Subscription, published tiers |

What this guide covers
This guide compares direct Wyzed alternatives for NDIS staff training, onboarding and workforce compliance. It does not include NDIS rostering, care management or participant management platforms unless they genuinely compete for the training and compliance use case.
This matters in 2026 because NDIS providers are reviewing training systems against the new SIL registration requirements that took effect on 1 July 2026, the NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Workforce Capability Framework, and audit expectations that have risen sharply. A platform that was adequate in 2023 may not produce the evidence an auditor asks for now.
Why trust this comparison?
Wyzed is a direct competitor to every platform on this page, and this guide is published by the Wyzed team. It is not neutral and we are not pretending otherwise.
So here is what we have done to make it useful anyway. We have named what each alternative genuinely does better than Wyzed, specifically and without a grudging qualifier. We have included a section on who should not choose Wyzed. We have linked every competitor to its own website so you can check us. And we have kept the questions in the checklist below honest, including two where the better answer is not ours.
Read their sites too. If anything here is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Why listen to us
Wyzed is an AI-powered NDIS staff training and compliance system used by more than 350 NDIS providers and over 18,000 support workers. Aaron Price, the founder, has personally run more than 300 implementations, on the back of 500 LMS implementations across ten years.
We have supported more than 900 NDIS audits with no non-conformities related to training (Wyzed platform data, September 2026). That is a track record rather than a promise, and like every vendor figure on this page it is our own data rather than an independently verified finding. It is exactly the number we would want you to interrogate if you were reading somebody else's page.
For the wider field, see our guide to the best LMS for NDIS providers.
How we compared these platforms
Each platform was assessed from its own public website, product pages and FAQ as at September 2026, plus what providers tell us when they evaluate or migrate. Where a platform publishes a price, we have used its published figure. Where it does not, we have said so rather than guessing.
We compared on ten criteria: how staff access their training, admin workload, NDIS-specific content, onboarding and induction, licence and qualification tracking, audit reporting, how easily you can change the content, pricing transparency, integrations, and how long a rollout takes.
Research date: 14 September 2026. Sources reviewed: each vendor's own product pages, pricing pages, FAQs and help documentation, plus publicly available case studies. Every source is linked at the foot of this page with the date we accessed it. How Wyzed data is treated: first-party platform data, labelled as such wherever it appears, and not independently audited. Corrections: if you are a vendor named here and something is wrong or out of date, email info@wyzed.com and we will correct it. Update cadence: reviewed quarterly, and immediately after any material product or regulatory change.
Vendor adoption figures, compliance percentages and audit numbers in this market are almost always the vendor's own platform data rather than independently verified findings. That applies to ours as well. Weigh them accordingly, and ask every vendor on this page for named references you can actually ring.
One thing to flag before you read on. Cora Workforce gets more space and more scrutiny below than the other platforms do. That is not because we like them least. It is because they are the newest, and they are the only platform here without a public track record you can go and check. With eTrainu, Cloud Assess, iinduct, NGO Training Centre and Ausmed you can find providers who have used them for years and ask how it went. With Cora you currently cannot, so the only material available to assess them is what they publish about themselves. That takes more words.
What is the real difference between Wyzed and the alternatives?
Short answer: Every other platform reviewed on this page sells you modules. You then supply the labour to run them. Wyzed sells the modules and supplies the labour too, which is why the comparison is not really about content libraries at all.
Here is what that means in practice.
With a module library, somebody at your organisation assigns the training, works out who has not done it, chases them, tracks expiry dates, sets the renewals, and assembles the evidence when an auditor asks. That person is your real cost, and their workload grows every time you hire.
With Wyzed, you add an employee and assign their role. It takes about ten seconds. From there the system onboards them, trains them for that role, reminds them, renews them, keeps them compliant for as long as they work for you, and builds the audit-ready records. Without you doing a thing.
And it does not have to start with you at all.
What does zero-touch actually mean?
Short answer: A person is hired in your HR or rostering system, and Wyzed picks it up from there. They are added, onboarded, trained for their role, reminded, renewed and kept compliant, and the audit records are produced at the end. Nobody at your organisation touches any of it.
Three providers run exactly this today.
Home Caring runs about 2,000 staff on Wyzed. Somebody is hired, and Wyzed adds them automatically, assigns their role, onboards them, trains them, keeps them compliant and generates the reporting. They do not touch a person.
Allara Support Services triggers it from Employment Hero. A person is hired there, which adds them to Wyzed, and they are onboarded, trained and brought fully compliant. The completion events are then sent back into their other systems, so the record stays in sync in both directions.
Tender Loving Care does it the other way round. They add the employee and assign the role by hand, and the system takes over completely from that point.
If you want to see what that would look like on your own roster, we will map it out with you: see how zero-touch would work for your team.
That last one matters, because zero-touch is a capability rather than a cage. You can automate the entire chain, customise how it runs, change it whenever you like, upload a spreadsheet, or add one person by hand and do it yourself. You keep full control. Automation and control are not a trade-off here.
The same chain runs for one person, a department or an entire company, from five staff to five thousand. That is the part worth sitting with. A manual process is mildly annoying at twenty staff and an entire job at five hundred. The gap between a module library and a system that does the work does not stay the same as you grow. It widens with every hire.
How do staff actually get into their training?
Short answer: With Wyzed a worker logs in once, the first time. After that everything arrives by text. A new course, a reminder, a renewal. They tap it and they are straight in. Every other NDIS-specific platform on this page makes the worker go to the platform and log in, every single time.
This sounds like a small thing and it is not. Completion rates are decided by friction far more than by content quality. A support worker will not remember a password for a portal they use four times a year, and they are not checking email between shifts.
We verified the access method for every platform on this page from their own help documentation in September 2026. eTrainu, NGO Training Centre and Cora Workforce all require the worker to create an account and a password. Cloud Assess is the exception worth knowing about, because it offers passwordless sign-in and a genuine native app, and it has clearly thought about this properly.
But across the public documentation we reviewed in September 2026, we did not find an equivalent workflow that texts the worker a link opening the training itself. That is the difference. Wyzed brings the training to the worker's phone rather than waiting for the worker to come and find it. It is also why a Wyzed rollout takes about five minutes instead of weeks, because there is nothing for anybody to set up or learn.
"I've tried a lot of different training systems in my 20-year career but nothing even comes close to how fast and easy Wyzed is for the staff to use and how easy it is for the admins. The whole team has embraced it and we had 100% compliance across 200 employees, which I've never seen before in any system ever. The roll out took less than 24 hours and everything's been smooth since." Chris Lynch, Learning and Development Manager, Family Based Care (about 200 staff)
Who are the main Wyzed competitors for NDIS providers?
Short answer: Cora Workforce, eTrainu, Cloud Assess, iinduct, NGO Training Centre and Ausmed. Each competes for a different reason, and only one of them competes on running the whole workflow for you.
Cora Workforce
Best for: providers who want capability scoring on top of completion tracking.
Cora Workforce is the newest entrant, built only for NDIS providers. Its pitch is that a completion tick tells you somebody showed up rather than whether they would get it right on the day, so it scores decision-making and produces a Workforce Capability Report mapped to the Practice Standards and the Workforce Capability Framework.
Several things about it are genuinely good and we would rather say so. It publishes every one of its per-seat pricing bands, which is a real service in a market where most vendors hide behind "contact sales". Its content sourcing is more transparent than most, stating 10 to 20 references per course with at least 60 per cent Australian sources and lived-experience input, with a course evidence base available on request. Its courses are short, scenario-based and built for a phone, which is the right instinct. It offers a full month with your whole team, everything unlocked and no card. And the founder personally sets it up alongside your team, which for a provider who wants that level of hand-holding is a genuine advantage over any self-serve product, ours included.
The capability idea is a real one and worth understanding properly. But there are four things on their own website that we think a provider should think through before staking a registration on it. We have set out the evidence and what we think follows from it. We may have read it wrong, and if Cora tells us we have, we will update this page.
1. Nobody has taken it into an audit yet. Asked "Do you have case studies or references?", their FAQ answers: "As we onboard providers, named case studies will follow." There are no named customers, case studies or testimonials anywhere on the site.
What appears to follow is this. If no provider has been named, then on the face of it no provider has yet sat in an NDIS audit with Cora's evidence in front of an auditor. Their central promise is audit evidence. So the reasonable read is that the promise has not yet been tested by the only person whose opinion counts, which is your auditor. If you buy it for that reason, you would be the one finding out whether it holds, at the same time your auditor does. Ask them directly how many of their providers have completed an NDIS audit and what the outcome was. If the answer is a number above zero, that changes this entirely and we would want to know.
2. Somebody is doing data entry, probably forever. Asked "Does CORA integrate with our HR or rostering system?", their FAQ answers: "Not directly, at this stage. Worker enrolment and course assignment is handled through the CORA admin dashboard. CSV import/export is available if you need to bulk-add workers from another system. We'll evaluate direct integrations post-launch based on customer demand." A site-wide search of coraworkforce.com.au for "API" returned no results when we checked in September 2026.
On that evidence, it appears every worker has to be added by hand, and every completion has to be read out of Cora and re-entered anywhere else you need it. At 20 staff that is an irritation. At 200, with normal turnover, it is a recurring job somebody in your organisation now owns. It also appears to mean training status cannot flow automatically into your rostering system, so whatever check you run before someone is rostered stays a manual one. Ask them to demonstrate a worker being added automatically from your HR system during the demo.
3. The training is text, and text is where completion rates go to die. On their own page about Wyzed, Cora writes: "Video is worth calling out: CORA holds no video content and Wyzed lets you use yours." Their own format is described as "90+ scenario-based courses across six streams, each under 30 minutes and built for a phone", structured as "three short lessons" with a four-question knowledge check.
What we think follows is that a support worker is reading on a phone between shifts. That is a harder ask than watching, and in our experience across more than 350 providers, completion is decided by how easy the thing is to actually do. This matters more than it sounds, because an audit does not ask whether you bought good training. It asks what proportion of your workforce completed it. Put three of your own workers through one real module on their own phones before you decide.
4. The entry tier may not be the product you think you are buying. Their FAQ describes what the credential register covers: "The credential and evidence register holds NDIS worker screening, first aid and CPR, driver's licences, tickets, and records of in-person or external training." Their pricing page then states: "The credential register and the Workforce Capability Report sit on Capability." Uploading your own content and custom branding sit there too.
So it appears that a provider on the entry Foundations tier has no worker screening, first aid or licence expiry tracking at all. If expiry tracking is the reason you are buying a system, the reasonable assumption is that on the entry tier the spreadsheet you were trying to get rid of stays exactly where it is, and the real price of the product you want is the Capability tier, not the headline one. Ask which tier the quote you have been given actually covers.
And one fair question rather than a claim. Their site says, in three separate places, that "the founder sets it up alongside your team, including the pathways for your roles." For a provider who wants that level of attention, that is a genuine advantage and we said so above. It is still worth asking what your onboarding and your support look like when they have signed their fiftieth customer, and what happens if that person is unavailable in the week your audit lands.
What it adds up to
Take those four together and a picture forms that is worth looking at squarely, because no single one of them is disqualifying on its own.
On what Cora publishes today, as at September 2026, it appears there is no named customer and therefore no completed NDIS audit behind the product, no connection to the systems you already run, no video in the training, and the expiry tracking most providers are actually shopping for sitting on a tier above the headline price. Their own words for the state of the business are that integrations will be evaluated "post-launch", and that named case studies "will follow".
None of that means the product is bad. It may be very good, and the capability idea behind it is better than most things in this market. What it appears to mean is narrower and more practical. Based on the absence of published customer references and audit case studies we found on their site in September 2026, somebody has to be the first provider to walk into an NDIS audit holding evidence produced by a system that has never been in one, and to find out in that room whether the auditor accepts it. On what they publish today, that person has not existed yet.
That is the trade. A newer product, an idea nobody else is selling, and published pricing, against unknowns that a provider on an established system does not carry. For some organisations that is a fine trade and we would not argue with it. It should be a decision you made on purpose, rather than one you discover afterwards.
If any of this has changed since we checked, Cora can tell us and we will update this page. We will also revisit this section once Cora names its first customers, because at that point most of it stops applying.
Compared with Wyzed: every Wyzed module is video-based and you can create and upload your own. Their FAQ also says that "for the CORA library itself, those courses go through our quality review", so you add content alongside their courses rather than editing them, where Wyzed lets you edit any module in the library. And Wyzed can be triggered from the systems you already run, with completions flowing back.
Choose Cora Workforce over Wyzed if: you specifically want decision-level capability scoring as a distinct report, you do not need training status to reach your rostering system, and you are comfortable being one of a new platform's first customers.
eTrainu
Best for: established providers wanting a recognised sector library and delivery flexibility.
eTrainu has been in the Australian sector since around 2005 and is a real platform company with its own product, three tiers, a native assessment app for in-person competency sign-off with offline sync, digital credentials and AI course authoring. Its disability library is mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards and it states the content is reviewed by NDIS auditors. It also wholesales content into other systems, which is genuinely useful if you have already invested in an LMS.
Compared with Wyzed: providers switching to us tell us the learner experience feels dated. That is feedback from providers evaluating training platforms, so experiences vary and it is worth judging for yourself in a demo. Viewing the page source of their learner login in September 2026, it still loads jQuery 1.11.1 and Bootstrap 3.2.0, both released in 2014, which is consistent with that feedback. Check it yourself before you weigh it. Pricing is package-based with the better features sold as upgrades, so ask what your total looks like with everything you actually need included.
Choose eTrainu over Wyzed if: you want SCORM content delivered into a system you already own, or in-person assessor sign-off via their Assess App matters more than workflow automation. We compare the two directly in Wyzed vs eTrainu.
"I used to use eTrainU, but my staff found it hard to use and so did my admin team, so we were paying for it and barely using it. With Wyzed it is so easy. My team get an SMS whenever training is due and just click it to do the training on their phones. On my end I can see the reports with one click, and it makes NDIS audits so fast and easy now." William Apps, Director, Siblings Care (QLD)
Cloud Assess
Best for: providers who must evidence observed, practical competence.
Cloud Assess is built around workplace assessment, and for the specific job of proving a person can actually perform a task it is the best tool on this page. Digital checklists, video evidence and signed, GPS-stamped assessor sign-off produce a defensible trail. It also has a substantial independent review base, a real native app, and passwordless sign-in options.
Where it beats Wyzed outright: high intensity and higher-risk supports where somebody has to be watched doing the task and signed off.
Compared with Wyzed: it is not NDIS-native, so the sector mapping and setup work sits with you, and building assessments takes real time.
Choose Cloud Assess over Wyzed if: observed practical competence for high-intensity supports is your actual requirement rather than mandatory training at scale. There is a fuller head-to-head in Wyzed vs Cloud Assess.
iinduct
Best for: providers whose bigger problem is compliance document tracking.
iinduct is Australian-hosted, long-serving in the care sector, with content aligned to the Practice Standards and the High Intensity Skill Descriptors, and a genuine strength in document tracking and reminders. If the thing that actually goes wrong in your organisation is that nobody noticed a police check expired, iinduct is pointed directly at that.
Compared with Wyzed: its scope is induction-first, so the ongoing NDIS training library is lighter. Pricing is quote-based, so ask for a written annual figure at your real headcount.
Choose iinduct over Wyzed if: induction and document expiry tracking is the problem you are solving, rather than ongoing role-based training across the whole workforce. See Wyzed vs iinduct or the full list of iinduct alternatives.
NGO Training Centre
Best for: budget-conscious providers wanting broad, self-paced coverage.
NGO Training Centre has a genuinely deep catalogue, particularly in complex care, with eleven medication courses plus PEG, tracheostomy, ventilator and wound care content, auditor-reviewed. It publishes entry pricing from about $104 per user per year, which is a real kindness in this market.
Compared with Wyzed: it makes the courses and delivers them on a third-party platform rather than one it owns, so staff log into a shared portal and there is less scope to make the environment NDIS-specific. Providers tell us the shared environment can cause email collisions when a new starter's address was used by a previous employer that also used NGO. That is provider feedback rather than published behaviour, so experiences vary. Confirm it in a demo if it would affect you.
Choose NGO Training Centre over Wyzed if: budget is the deciding factor and you want the broadest complex care catalogue for the lowest entry price. We go deeper in Wyzed vs NGO Training Centre.
Ausmed
Best for: providers who also employ nurses or allied health staff.
Ausmed is an established Australian healthcare education platform, nursing and aged care first, with a real disability and NDIS hub, resources mapped to the Practice Standards, and Ausmed Passport, a portable annual certificate a worker carries between employers. It has a genuine native app.
Compared with Wyzed: clinical depth and CPD hour tracking are needs no NDIS-only platform serves, Wyzed included. But it is aged care and nursing first, so the NDIS fit is narrower and it is not built around NDIS workforce compliance.
Choose Ausmed over Wyzed if: a meaningful part of your workforce is nursing or allied health and CPD hour tracking matters. See Wyzed vs Ausmed for the detail.
What should actually decide this?
Short answer: Six questions get asked a lot in this market, and four more get left out. The four that get left out are usually the ones that determine whether the thing works in your organisation.
The six that are commonly used, and our honest answers:
Does it produce audit evidence or only completion records? Wyzed produces audit-ready records mapped to the Practice Standards, and has supported more than 900 audits with no non-conformities related to training (Wyzed platform data, September 2026).
Does it show capability or only that a course was ticked? Wyzed uses scenario-based, competency-based assessment built around video. Cora Workforce packages capability as a separate scored report, and if that specific artefact is what you want, that is a fair reason to look at them.
Is it built for the NDIS or general software with disability content added? Wyzed is NDIS-only, with 94 modules including the seven new mandatory SIL modules, updated whenever the standards change.
Do policies and training live in the same record? Yes, including policy acknowledgement with version control.
Will your staff actually finish it on a phone? One text, one tap. Ask every vendor to demonstrate this live rather than describe it.
Where is the data held and what happens if you leave? Australian hosted, and everything you earn is exportable, including during free access.
The four that get left out:
Has anyone actually used it? Ask every vendor here, us included, for named providers you can ring and how many have been audited on the platform.
How long until the whole team is live? Wyzed is about five minutes. Ask each vendor for their number, and ask whether it includes connecting your other systems.
Will it talk to your other systems? If it cannot be triggered externally, somebody is doing data entry forever.
What is the content actually like? Video that people will watch, or text with a quiz at the end.

How does the total cost actually compare?
Short answer: Per-seat price is the wrong unit. The right unit is the licence plus the human time it takes to run it, and on that basis a cheaper library is usually the more expensive option.
Wyzed is free to start. Your whole team, every module, unlimited staff, real downloadable certificates, no credit card and no obligation. Everything earned during free access is genuine and audit-ready, and you can export all of it. Nothing is held back for a higher plan. You can get free access for your whole team without talking to anybody first.
If you continue, it is $96 per user per year up to 100 users and $72 per user per year above that, with custom pricing above 200. Everything is included at every level. Nothing is gated behind a bigger tier.
Now compare that properly. A 120-staff provider on Wyzed pays $8,640 a year. Cora Workforce's full Capability tier for the same headcount is $8,160, taken from its own published up-to-120-worker band as at September 2026. Those are within $480 of each other, at exactly the size where a discount ladder is meant to win.
Except one of them still needs somebody to run it, and the other does not.
That is the whole argument. A platform that is cheaper per seat but requires a person to operate it is not cheaper. And to be straight with you, at 300 staff and above the per-seat gap does widen in favour of the budget options. If your headcount is large and you already employ a compliance manager who enjoys the work, that is a legitimate reason to price it both ways.
Who should not choose Wyzed?
Short answer: If you need physical assessor sign-off for high-intensity supports, nursing and allied health CPD tracking, or sector benchmarking against other providers, another platform on this page is the better buy. We would rather say that plainly than have you find out later.
Do not choose Wyzed if you need observed, on-the-job competency sign-off for high intensity supports, with an assessor physically watching and signing. Cloud Assess does that properly and we do not claim to.
Do not choose Wyzed if a large part of your workforce is nursing or allied health and CPD hour tracking is a core requirement. Ausmed is built for that.
Do not choose Wyzed if sector benchmarking against other providers is what you are buying. We do not offer it.
And do not switch if what you have is working. If your current system delivers the training, your staff finish it, and your last audit was clean, the cost of change is real and you should spend it on a problem you can name.
Why do providers stay with Wyzed?
Short answer: Wyzed contracts run 12 months, so every customer reaches a renewal decision each year. Across the past 24 months every provider on the platform has reached at least one of those decisions, and none have left (Wyzed platform data, September 2026).
That is the number we would point at, because it is behavioural rather than an opinion about our own product. Nobody is locked in. It is what customers did when they were free to do otherwise, twice over.
Providers on Wyzed include Allara Support Services, Tender Loving Care, Home Caring, Disability Connect Victoria, MultiCap, Maple Services, Siblings Care, Accord Care and Care Agency Service, plus hundreds more. More than 30 new providers join every month.
"I honestly can't believe how easy Wyzed is. We rolled it out to our 50+ team in less than an hour. Everyone completed their training and no one got stuck or had any issues at all. We've never rolled out a system like it. It just works." HR Manager, Tiaki Support Services (50+ staff)

Which should you choose?
Choose Wyzed if you want onboarding, role-based training, reminders, renewals and audit evidence to run themselves, triggered from the systems you already use.
Choose Cloud Assess if observed practical competence for high-intensity supports is the real requirement.
Choose eTrainu if you want a long-established library delivered into a system you already own.
Choose iinduct if induction and document expiry tracking is where things actually fall over.
Choose NGO Training Centre if budget decides it and catalogue breadth matters most.
Choose Ausmed if you also employ nurses or allied health staff.
Choose Cora Workforce if decision-level capability scoring is the specific artefact you want and you are comfortable being an early customer.
If Wyzed is on your list, the fastest way to judge it is to run it. Get free access for your whole team, or book a walkthrough and we will roll it out with you and map anything you are moving across at no cost.
Frequently asked questions
What are the best alternatives to Wyzed for NDIS providers?
Cloud Assess for observed competence, eTrainu for an established library, iinduct for document tracking, NGO Training Centre for budget, Ausmed for clinical depth, and Cora Workforce for capability scoring. Each suits a different problem.
What is the best Wyzed replacement for NDIS providers?
There is no single replacement, because most alternatives are module libraries rather than systems that run the training for you. Cloud Assess is the closest on staff experience. Cora Workforce is the closest on NDIS-specific scope.
Is Cora Workforce a good Wyzed alternative?
For capability scoring, possibly. Its own FAQ confirms it has no HR or rostering integrations, no API, and that named case studies will follow as it onboards providers. Confirm those directly with Cora before deciding.
How do staff complete training on Wyzed?
They log in once, the first time. After that every new course, reminder and renewal arrives by text, and one tap takes them straight into the training. No app, no password to remember.
How much does Wyzed cost compared to other NDIS platforms?
Free full-team access first, then $96 per user per year up to 100 users and $72 above that. Some budget platforms are cheaper per seat, particularly above 300 staff, but they still need somebody to run them.
Does Wyzed connect to HR and rostering systems?
Yes, via a free open API, SSO and direct sync. Allara Support Services triggers Wyzed from Employment Hero, and completion events flow back into their other systems automatically.
How hard is it to switch to Wyzed from another platform?
Migration is done for you at no cost, with past completions and licences mapped across, usually in under 24 hours. Historic data does not transfer automatically between vendors, so certificates are uploaded against each worker.
