Small pieces of learning a worker can finish between shifts, built so they can apply it on the next one.

Every module maps to the standard it evidences
Every module is mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards indicators it covers, and across the 92 modules that is 83 distinct indicators. Modules sitting against an indicator that explicitly requires workers to be trained are marked separately from those that only provide supporting evidence. These four are covered most widely.
What this mapping means, and what it does not. An indicator mapping says the module covers the practice that indicator names. The NDIS Practice Standards are a compliance layer: they say what workers must be trained in, not what is clinically correct.
No training library, ours included, can guarantee an audit outcome. Training is one part of a provider’s obligations.

Most modules take 30 minutes or less
The library runs to 49 hours in total and the median module takes 30 minutes. The spread is deliberate: a worker doing mandatory training before a first shift does not need two hours on wound care, and complex bowel care needs more than a 10 minute overview.
Duration is the allocated duration of each module. Wyzed does not record time on task.
Your team trains on their phone, with no app and no password
Workers get an email or a text with a link. One tap opens the module on whatever device they already have. There is no app to install, no password to reset and no login for anyone to get stuck on, which is the single biggest reason training rollouts stall.

The new SIL practices, covered by seven modules
The SIL Practice Standards add training obligations on top of the NDIS Practice Standards for every provider delivering Supported Independent Living. Sections 72C and 72D name the practices your workers have to be trained in: de-escalation, trauma-informed practice, positive behaviour support, cultural safety, person-centred practice, active support and supported decision-making.
You get a module for every one of them. Seven modules, each mapped to the indicator that calls for it, ready to send to your whole team today.
Section 72D also asks that workers be assessed as competent, so a practical assessment sits on top of the training. Wyzed gives you the training and the completion record for every worker.

Written against the standard, checked against the clinical authority
Every module in the library is built the same way: against the indicator it is meant to evidence, then against the clinical authority for its topic.
Modules are written against the NDIS Practice Standards indicator they are meant to cover, using the Commission's own wording for what the training must address.
Each one is mapped to its indicators before release and reviewed against the clinical authority for its topic where one exists. Infection control is checked against the NHMRC guidelines, mealtime management against IDDSI.
Some topics have no national clinical guideline. There we work within the NDIS Practice Standards alongside subject-matter experts to build the best-practice module we can, rather than implying an authority that does not exist.
Four modules in the library are not ours. The Commission's Worker Orientation Module and New Worker Induction Modules, Accidental Counsellor and Cyber Wardens Foundations are third-party content hosted here so workers reach everything in one place. They are labelled in the register.

That is a trade-off, not a clean win. A provider who already owns a large custom course library gets less from ours, and a provider who wants one off-the-shelf course rather than a platform is better served elsewhere.
